Clients may anytime withdraw fund from their trading account or settle the account, while the beneficiaries must be the client himself. HMLV does not accept withdrawal from a third party in order to ensure safety of clients' fund.
According to the regulations of Anti-money Laundering and Countering Financing of Terrorism Act, all funds must stay at least seven working days even if the clients want to withdraw or internal transfer it. Working day here is defined as the Hong Kong
banking day. A third party withdrawl is not allowed.
When clients withdraw fund through Hantec online payment gateway, the total trading margin must reach at least 50% of the total deposit, or otherwise 5% of the total deposit shall be charged as the administrative cost.
Only for instruction received before 12:00 a.m. (Beijing Time) on each business day, fund will be remitted on the same day, or otherwise will be remitted on the next day. But the internal system will update the data at the same day of application for withdrawal.
In order to faciliate the fund withdrawal process and fund management in electronic way for clients, we have launched an online withdrawal service, which allows you to manage your funds 24 hours globally by logging in the client center.
The online payment service will be activated only if you have registered the information of your designated beneficiary bank account. If your online payment service is not yet activated, you can simply update us by using the form of “Notification of Particular Amendment” along with your bank proof (bank card, bank statement, bank book or so on). After activation, please verify your designated beneficiary bank account information is correct. Please do not hesitate to contact our customer service officer, if you have any enquiry.
Customers are required to fill in the "withdrawal note" and sign in person, and the signature must be consistent with that on the account opening form. Please fill in the correct collection account information (including the payee's name, bank account number, bank name, bank address and bank code), e-mail to [email protected] after scanning.
Generally, the process of telegraphic transfer takes 2 – 5 working days. (Depends on each bank)
Apart from deducting the administration fees of the remittance bank, the intermediary bank may also charge a certain administration fee, depending on the amount of the relevant intermediary bank.
If clients have to withdraw HKD, HMLV will exchange them according to the announced licence rate of Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited at around 09:30. HMLV reserves the right to adjust the above exchange rate according to market conditions without prior notice to customers.
