Please prepare the following documents:
National ID / Government issued ID Card; or ** A
valid Driver's License; A bank account statement, bank card, or bank
passbook; An effective residential address proof (e.g. a power bill, a telephone
bill, or a bank statement and etc)
If you decide to apply for an account through the internet, please follow
the following procedures:
Please read and confirm the “Financial Service Guides (FSG)” ,“Product Information Statement (PIS)”
and“Terms and Conditions”. You should also fill in and sign the account opening form with the
following documents and send them to us by mail.
** A National ID / Government issued ID Card; or ** A Passport; or ** A valid Driver's
License; A bank account statement, bank card, or bank passbook; An effective
residential address proof (e.g. a power bill, a telephone bill, or a bank

** The document must be issued by a government body, with the
applicant's photo. If you fail to provide any of these documents, please contact our
customer service officer.
